Shipping policy

At Maison Silver, we provide delivery and collection services for all hire items to ensure they arrive safely and on time for your event.

Delivery Areas & Fees

Delivery fees apply in addition to the hire rates. All current delivery charges are listed below and apply per trip (each way).

  • Northern Beaches – $30

  • North Shore – $50

  • Eastern Suburbs – $50

  • Western Sydney – $60

As we are a new business we offer delivery to the Greater Sydney area. For locations outside these areas, a custom quote will be provided.

Pickup Option

  • Clients are welcome to collect and return items directly from our North Curl Curl location by prior arrangement.

  • Pickup and return times must be confirmed in advance to ensure staff availability.

  • Items remain the responsibility of the hirer once collected.

Delivery Times

  • Deliveries are scheduled according to event date and confirmed with you prior to dispatch.

  • Specific time slots can be requested, but exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.

  • After-hours or urgent delivery may incur additional fees.

Collection

  • Items must be made available for collection at the agreed time and location.

  • Additional charges may apply if access is restricted, delayed, or requires extra labour.

Client Responsibilities

  • The hirer is responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.

  • Items should be ready for collection, packed safely, and in the same condition as supplied.

Delays & Liability

  • Maison Silver is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • We take care to ensure all items arrive in excellent condition; please notify us immediately of any concerns upon delivery.
